By submitting this form, you hereby agree that:-

1) You have full authorisation and legal capacity to enter into this arrangement on behalf of the Company or in your individual capacity and that the information provided herewith are true and accurate.

2) Companies that are published will be reviewed every Academic Year at the full discretion of Fairview.

3) The listing in the assigned webpage is complimentary in the first Academic Year of listing, subject to applicable terms and conditions. A fee will be incurred in subsequent Academic Year of renewal.

4) Fairview reserves the rights to remove promotions published without prior notice for whatsoever reasons.

5) Any personal data(s) collected is with your full consent and will be processed according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

6) You further acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the promotion published or otherwise make available on or through Fairview's platform, including, without limitation, the accuracy, reliability, nature, rights clearance, compliance with law and legal restrictions associated with any promotion published.

7) You grant Fairview and its successors a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform the promotion published, through or in connection with Fairview's platform in any media formats and through any media channels,

8) You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fairview, and its shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, co-branders or other associates, and employees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and suits and all related liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, any other dispute resolution expenses) incurred by any Indemnified Party arising out of or relating to the promotion published and related matters.

9) Fairview may modify these terms at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of Fairview's platform after such changes have been posted shall constitute your acceptance of such revised terms.

10) Nothing in these terms shall constitute a partnership, joint venture or principal-agent relationship between you and Fairview, nor does it authorise you to incur any costs or liabilities on Fairview’s behalf.
