The Library Media Center is designed as a hub of active learning. Not only do we provide resources to students and teachers, we also offer lessons on information literacy. In a comfortable setting with carpet and plush seating, children enjoy old favorites and can use their imaginations to discover new worlds.

Parents of students are encouraged to reach out regarding any questions or concerns regarding available books or resources at our school libraries. Additionally, parents at Thomas Jefferson Middle School are able to make book recommendations for district consideration. Parents may also suggest the removal of a book from circulation, movement of the book to a higher grade level, or more limited use of a particular book.
