Code is on the token. You enter the code to access the resource.

Duo App
Recommended method if you are using a cell phone for FL email or other work business.
Click “Accept” on your personal cellphone when you receive the notification.
Be sure to click “Deny” if you receive the notification at a time when you are not trying to log-in.
Text Message
Additional option - not as user-friendly as the Duo App
Code is sent to your personal cell phone. You enter the code to access the resource.
Set-Up Directions & Helpful Tips
Duo Fob
Fill out an E-Ticket indicating that you need a Duo Fob so the technician can prepare one for you.
Middle Schools and High School: stop by the Tech Hub or TRAC to pick it up.
Elementary Schools and Offices: Your building tech will deliver it to you.
Use the green button to turn on your fob or to reset the code.

Begin by downloading Duo Mobile on your SmartPhone.

Fill out an E-Ticket indicating that you need the Duo Activation Link texted to you. Be sure to include your 10-digit phone number in the E-Ticket.
Once the technician enrolls you, you will receive an automated text message from Duo Security. Please use your cell phone to follow the prompts.

Text Message

Fill out an E-Ticket indicating that you need the Duo Activation Link emailed to you.
Once the technician enrolls you, you will receive an automated email from Duo Security to your fairlawnschools account. Use a laptop or desktop to access and then follow the prompts:
"Start Set-Up"
"Skip for Now"
Mobile Phone
Enter your cell phone number and check the box
Choose "Other (and cell phones)" and "Continue"
"Finish Enrollment"
*This process will be easiest from your computer, but can be done from a cell phone.
Changing Your Chosen Method of MFA
Changing from the FOB
Fill out an E-Ticket indicating that you would like to switch from a Duo Fob to one of the cell phone options.
Middle Schools and High School: Stop by the Tech Hub or TRAC to drop off your fob.
Elementary Schools and Offices: Your building tech will see you to pick it up.
Follow directions above for Duo App (recommended) or Text Message.
