Having trouble with your stylus?

Step 1: Check that a friend's stylus works on your computer

• If it does, continue to step 2

• If it does not, please see us in the TRAC

Step 2: Replace the battery or confirm it is charging

• If you are using a battery-operated stylus: It takes AAAA batteries which you can buy on Amazon or at CVS/Walgreens

• If you are using a rechargeable stylus: Borrow a friend's charger to see if your stylus will recharge using that wire.

Step 3: Check with us in the TRAC to see if you need a new Stylus Tip.

Step 4: Purchase a new stylus

• Any "Microsoft Active Stylus" should be compatible with our devices.
