PICTURE RETAKES
RLMS Picture Retake Day is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27. This opportunity is for students who missed original picture day in September OR who need to have their photo retaken.
Action Required: Google Form
To ensure your child has their photo taken on retake day, you must complete this RETAKE SIGN-UP FORM by October 26 at 5pm. Photos will only be taken for students whose parents or guardians have submitted this form.
Please note the following details depending on your student's situation:
First-Time Photos (Missed September Picture Day): Simply complete the Google Form so your child is added to the schedule.
Picture Retakes: Complete the Google Form AND have your child bring their original picture package with them on October 27 to return to the photographer.

You can order your child's picture by:
going online to mylifetouch.com and using the Picture ID: EVTWKFMVM
OR
filling out the paper form and having your child it bring it to school on Picture Day. (forms distributed by homeroom teachers Wednesday, Sept. 9)
