All payments must be submitted online
65% of an individual student’s ad sales will be credited to his/her field trip fund.
35% of the program ad sales totals will be disbursed to the FLHS Music Department to cover printing costs of the Candlelight program book.

Quarter Page (B&W) - 4.25” x 5.5” - $125
Half Page (B&W) - 8.5” x 5.5” - $175
Full Page Inside Program (B&W) - 8.5” x 11” - $300
Inside Cover, Front or Back (COLOR) - 8.5” x 11” - $500
Outside Back Cover (COLOR) - 8.5” x 11” - $550
Students have the potential to raise the entire cost of the trip.
Should a student raise any amount in excess of the trip costs, the excess will go into the student's activity account.
If a student should have to withdraw from the trip for any reason, their fund raised money will go towards the cancellation penalties and any excess will go into the student's activity account. Any additional costs not covered by fundraising will be the responsibility of the student.
Any excess funds in a student activity account will be donated to the Music Program at the time of their graduation or withdrawal from the Music Program.
