13th Annual Fairfax High Athletic Boosters Golf Tournament
MONDAY, MAY 18 - COUNTRY CLUB OF FAIRFAX
FINAL TOURNAMENT DETAILS FOR REGISTERED GOLFERS

This is a rain or shine event. Play will only be canceled if the course closes due to extreme weather. Right now, the forecast is looking beautiful, sunny, and warm for Monday, so please plan accordingly.
CHECK IN, DRIVING RANGE OPEN & BREAKFAST: 8:00 AM
Check in begins at 8:00 a.m. Each golfer must check in individually and should be checked in by 9:30 a.m. You only need your name to check in. The QR ticket received at registration is not necessary.
At check in you will receive:
• Two Drink Vouchers
• Swag Bag filled with sponsor goodies, Fairfax branded items, and gifts from local business partners
You can also purchase:
• Raffle tickets featuring high end bourbon, sporting event tickets, rounds of golf, and much more
• On course advantages, including mulligans
• Entry into the brand new $5,000 Putting Contest
All proceeds directly benefit Fairfax athletes!
WARM UP & CARTS
Your golf cart will be labeled with your name. Load up and get settled before announcements. Head to the driving range or relax on the patio before the round begins.

BREAKFAST & BAR INFO
Enjoy bagels and coffee before the round, and feel free to redeem your drink vouchers at the full bar for Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Transfusions, beer, and more.
PAYMENT NOTES
Pre and post round bar purchases during Breakfast and Happy Hour are credit card or drink voucher redemption only. Beverage stations throughout the course will accept cash, tap to pay credit cards, or drink vouchers.
WHAT TO BRING
• Golf clubs (no rental clubs available)
• Proper golf attire, including collared shirts and no denim
• Sunscreen for a warm and sunny day
• Refillable water bottle if desired. Hydration stations will be available throughout the course
• Cash or credit card for games, raffles, drinks, and donations
PRE ROUND ANNOUNCEMENTS: 9:45 AM
Please be gathered near your carts and ready for a brief welcome, rules overview, and contest instructions. Before gathering for announcements, make sure you pick up your grab-and-go lunch box from the table near the Pro Shop to enjoy during your round.
SHOTGUN START: 10:00 AM

POST ROUND HAPPY HOUR & AWARDS
After your round, join us on the patio for sliders, fries, awards, raffle drawings, and a full bar available.
Awards and raffle drawings will begin at approximately 3:30 p.m. Winners must be present to claim prizes.
The final round of the $5,000 Putting Contest will also take place at this time on the 18th green, with the top 3 contestants from the earlier round competing to sink a putt for $5,000.
