One of the projects we have been most excited about this year is rolling out our 2019-2020 Social-Emotional Learning Initiative. Each month, we selected a topic and teachers could sign up to have us visit their classroom to deliver a fun and interactive lesson on that topic. If we visited your child's classroom, we then sent home a newsletter with ways to reinforce or explore the topic at home. We also gave every teacher their own newsletter outlining ways they could incorporate the topic throughout the month if they wanted to do so.
