PARADE INFO FOR FLOATS
Please have your float parked behind Grace Bible Church between 1:30pm - 2:00pm. Please see the map highlighted in orange on the streets and parking lots for float parking. You will need to communicate with your team where you are parked once settled.
The area beside and in front of GBC are reserved for School Sports/Organizations only….this includes Pecan St between 6th St & Hwy 289, all of 7th St, & the Admin Bldg parking lot.
Please bring a trash sack with you & pick up all the trash around your float before the parade starts!!
Parents dropping off kids for the parade - Please do not try to drive down Pecan St from Hwy 289.
It gets very crowded the closer you are to Grace Bible Church. You may want to park on the side of one of the residential streets & walk your child to their float.
Float sponsors, please do not allow overhand throwing of candy. All items thrown from your float must be tossed underhand to avoid injury to spectators or damage to their property. Float sponsors are responsible for making sure riders stay safe and are not causing damage to people or property.
We hope to see the community lining Hwy 289 between the Administration building and the High School.
Float Staging Area: Grace Bible Church Parking Lot, side streets around Grace Bible and overflow lot across from Grace. (Areas highlighted in orange are street and lots for parking)
Line-up 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM
Roads close @ 2:15 PM

The parade will head north on 289 from the Administration building to Kerfoot.

The Homecoming Parade is so much fun, but the time after the parade can become stressful if you don't make it a point to make a plan for meeting your children after the parade. Please communicate this plan with your kids.
Floats will turn right into the North (football) parking lot and drive through stadium drive to the band parking lot where riders will unload. There will be NO unloading anywhere other than the band parking lot.
Students may be picked up from their floats in the band parking lot
