There will be a fee charged for members and trials who "No-Show" or "Late Cancel" for a class that they have booked prior to the start of class. This is to prevent members/trials from reserving spots in classes which they will not be able to attend and allow others to book in for those sessions.
We have put this policy in place for the benefit of all our members/trials to ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to book for classes if there are available slots.
1. You can book for classes either through our website or F45 Training App.
2. Classes are available for booking every Friday @ 10am for the entire week ahead (Monday - Sunday).
3. Limited to 1 class booking per day due to reduced class capacity currently. Additional booking for the day will be subject to a penalty fee - $4 and automatically cancelled.
4. If you are unable to make it for a class, you must cancel the booked class spot at least 2 hours before the start of class without being charged a fee. Fee will be charged automatically to your Mindbody account as follows: -
5. If you did not show up for a class and did not cancel the booking for that class prior to the start of class, you will be charged a NO SHOW Fee of $8.
6. If you cancel a class you have booked, but it was done less than 2 hours before the start of class, you will be charged a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of $4.
7. No show and late cancellation policy also applies if you have been moved from a waitlist to a confirmed spot in the class. It is your responsibility to manage your waitlist bookings for all classes to avoid any late cancellation and no show fees.
