F45 Dickson Membership Terms and Conditions:
(Current as of 18 May 2026, Effective from 17 June 2026)
1. Waiver
By proceeding with this membership, you agree that F45 Training Dickson is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while attending classes. You acknowledge that classes may be physically strenuous and voluntarily participate with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.
You agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns, nor legal representatives will make any claims against F45 Dickson, its owners, related business entities, or staff for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
2. Cooling off period
You may cancel your membership within 7 days from the commencement date of your membership. This cooling-off period applies to new membership agreements only.
If you cancel within the 7-day cooling-off period, F45 will cancel any future contractual payments. Payments already made for services provided are non-refundable.
3. Minimum Age
The minimum age to train at F45 Dickson is 16 years old. Members under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign a consent form provided by the studio.
4. Your Health
You warrant that you are in good physical condition and are unaware of any medical or other reason why you should not participate in active or passive exercise.
You acknowledge that F45 instructors and trainers cannot provide medical advice regarding your fitness or health and that any information provided is used solely as guidance for exercise participation.
You agree not to hold any certified trainer, coach, or director of F45 liable for any injury sustained during an F45 session.
5. Membership Payments & Responsibilities
Membership fees are paid in advance via direct debit from your nominated bank account or credit card unless otherwise arranged in advance with F45 Dickson.
You must ensure sufficient funds are available in your nominated account on the scheduled payment date. If payment is dishonoured, you may incur a $15 dishonour fee in addition to any fees charged by your financial institution.
Any outstanding or unpaid membership fees may be recovered by F45 Dickson at any time.
6. Class Cancellations & No Show Charges
Class Cancellation Policy
If you book into a class and can no longer attend, you must cancel within the following timeframes:
Weekday morning sessions must be cancelled by 8:59pm the evening prior
Lunch and evening sessions must be cancelled at least 1 hour before the class start time
Late Cancel & No Show Policy
Each member will receive 2 forgiven late cancellations and/or no-shows per financial year.
After these 2 forgiven instances have been used, a $10 fee will apply for each additional:
Late cancellation
No-show to a booked session
You acknowledge and authorise F45 Dickson to automatically process and apply applicable late cancellation and no-show fees to your nominated payment method without further notice or approval.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If your membership fees are not successfully paid on the due date, F45 Training Dickson may suspend your access to classes and services until all outstanding amounts have been paid and your account details updated where required.
F45 Training Dickson will continue attempting to debit your nominated account without further notice until the outstanding balance has been resolved.
F45 Training Dickson will make reasonable efforts to notify you regarding failed payments using the email address you have provided.
For membership/s in your name and for membership/s you are paying for, you are responsible for ensuring your nominated payment method remains valid for the duration of your membership agreement, including any third-party accounts used for payment.
If your payment details fail, you remain liable for any resulting fees and are still obligated to complete the minimum term of your agreement.
8. Changes to Your Agreement
F45 Training Dickson may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, including changes to operating hours, services, facilities, and membership fees.
F45 Training Dickson may also temporarily close the studio for refurbishment or maintenance purposes. If this substantially impacts our ability to provide services, membership fees may be reduced on a pro-rata basis where appropriate.
The most current (up-to-date) Terms & Conditions will always apply. F45 Training Dickson will provide at least 28 days’ notice of any significant changes.
If F45 Training Dickson fails to fulfil its obligations to you, you may be entitled to cancel your membership in accordance with applicable laws. Unless the law states otherwise, you won’t have any other claim against us if this happens.
9. Membership Fee Increases
F45 Training Dickson reserves the right to increase membership fees after the completion of your minimum contract term.
Reasonable efforts will be made to provide at least 1 month’s notice via the contact details you have provided (which may be an email address).
Where F45 Training Dickson has made a reasonable effort to let you know about a fee increase, you authorise us to increase any debits from your nominated account.
10. Suspensions & Cancellations
F45 Training Dickson understands that members may occasionally require time away from training due to holidays, recovery periods, illness, injury, or personal circumstances. The following suspension and cancellation conditions apply:
Suspensions:
Suspension requests require a minimum of 7 days’ notice and must be submitted via the official suspension form
Your account must not be in arrears
Minimum suspension period is 14 days
Pro-rata suspensions are not permitted (i.e. Outside of your billing period)
Trials, upfront memberships, promotional memberships, and discounted memberships are not eligible for suspension
No retrospective pausing (i.e. suspensions cannot be back dated)
Maximum suspension allowances:
No Lock-In or 3-Month Membership: Maximum 2 weeks
6-Month Membership: Maximum 4 weeks
12-Month Membership: Maximum 8 weeks
Cancellations:
A minimum of 21 days’ written notice is required to cancel your membership via email to dickson@f45training.com.au
Members will then receive an official cancellation form for completion
A break of contract will result in an exit fee of 50% of the remainder of your contract term, unless you have a No-Lock in Membership, in which case this rule does not apply.
Members must be on an active membership (not suspended)
Membership accounts must not be in arrears
11. Rollover into No-Lock Memberships
At the completion of 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, HYROX & Challenge memberships (fixed-time), memberships will automatically transition into a No-Lock-In membership. The current no-lock-in membership rate at the time of membership transition will apply to all future debits. No-Lock-In memberships may be cancelled free of charge with 21 days’ written notice.
12. Confidentiality
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree not to share F45 On Demand workouts, including screen recordings, screenshots, or similar content, on any public-facing platforms or social media channels. You also agree not to share any confidential information relating to F45 Dickson (incl. HYROX program assets, custom workouts & training plans, etc) on any public-facing platforms or social media channels. Members found to be in breach of this condition may have their membership and access terminated immediately.
13. Use of your image
You consent to F45 Training Dickson taking photos and videos during classes, events, and studio activities for promotional, marketing, and community purposes.
You also consent to F45 Training Dickson using, reposting, and sharing any images, videos, stories, tags, testimonials, or other content that you share, tag, mention, or submit relating to F45 Dickson across platforms including but not limited to:
Email marketing
Website content
Other digital or printed promotional materials
If you do not wish for your image or content to be used for promotional purposes, please notify the F45 Dickson team in writing.
