Transition areas

Check in by giving your bib number to the main volunteer. Areas with Tents or Cabins will have a limited number of people allowed inside. Please keep these spaces for runners coming in. Please either have only one support person or the individual runner pick up any food or water that is needed. Food will be individually wrapped. Please take what you need. A designated aid station volunteer will serve you any hot beverages or soup. Hand sanitizer will be available.

Community Sponsors!

It’s hard to organize a race without community sponsors. This year we tried our best to give the businesses in the area a break. Purchasing the essentials like Portable washrooms, light towers etc. and cutting back on some of the non essentials. Special mentions to Extreme Power Products, Elk Point Insurance, eyeTech Solutions, Elk point Truss Plant who are all sponsoring in-kind this year. (Possibly a few more! Check back here or Reunion station for our sponsor list.)

Volunteer appreciation award

The volunteer appreciation award is in honor and memory of Tom Starosielski. Tom was a local runner, volunteer, and life time member of the sporting community.

How can you help us find an amazing volunteer among all our great helpers... Just let us know. The volunteer could be one of our official volunteers. or another runner who helped you on the trail, even a supporter who goes over and about for everyone else. Tell us who stood out for you. We want to hear the stories. If there is a stand out they will be our winner. But I think it will be hard, we may just have to draw a name.

Merchandise

Those who have been here before have been asking about our merchandise table. Yes there will be merchandise for sale at reunion station. We did not order anything new this year. (except for Mugs) Hand sanitation is mandatory on entry, trying on items will not be allowed, and please limit the amount you touch items. Cash is best but we are also available to accept e-transfers this year. Please remember there are a limited number of people allowed in reunion station at one time.
