Edit Activity Details from the Grid

You can update any activity detail for example, the Planned Duration by clicking on the Grid cell and updating the new value. In addition modify the attributes by expanding the bottom panel and making your changes. 

To make the change to another attribute, make sure to save your previous updates in the bottom panel, close the attribute window, and open the next attribute to edit.
