About the Owners

Dale & Jessica Haney

For those of you who may not know us, we would love to share a little about who we are:  I am Jessica (Young) Haney the 1999 Salutatorian at Hallsville High School.  I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas in Tyler and currently hold teaching certificates in EC-4 Generalist, 4-8 Mathematics and 8-12 Mathematics.  When I began teaching there were no openings in Hallsville so Rusty Clark made a phone call to Longview ISD to help me get my first job at Doris McQueen.  I taught first grade for 2 years and then moved to Foster Middle School where I taught Gifted and Talented Algebra and PreAlgebra for 10 years.  Dale Haney is a 1993 graduate of Hallsville High School.  He served in the United States Marine Corps, worked at Pirkey Power Plant for 20 years, currently is an operator at AEP's Knox Lee Power Plant on Lake Cherokee,  and serves on the Hallsville ISD school board.  We have two wonderful children, Case Haney (Class of 2025) & Tessa Haney (Class of 2031).  We love Hallsville and want to see the best opportunities available for our children. We opened Extended Family Preschool in January of 2016.
