Bob LeBoeuf, President & Founder
Bob LeBoeuf is passionate about leading organizations and motivating teams to innovate and succeed in revenue generation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. He has a proven track record of guiding organizations to design, communicate and produce products and services that generate engaging and committed relationships with customers and consumers.
His experience over the past 20 years has been focused on leading organizations that provide solutions across digital marketing and advertising services, digital media, customer experience and technology. He has a keen understanding of the importance and value of successfully bringing technology, customer experience, and business strategy together efficiently to deliver customer success. His work with clients, employees and in executive leadership is centered around honest and transparent communication with clear objectives and measured performance. Across multiple industries, his experience spans sales & marketing, customer experience, business development, innovation, communications, and product development.
In founding Exsolate, he set out to craft a business that uniquely and powerfully harnesses the confluence of consumer & data science, customer centered research and design, marketing and technology to deliver transformative omni-channel experiences for consumers and innovation revenue growth for businesses. Before he founded Exsolate, he served as General Manager of Propel/DMG, overseeing strategy, sales and operations for the largest digital media and marketing services operation by revenue among the Gatehouse Media Company’s portfolio of 126 local media companies. His responsibilities encompassed the development and revenue growth of Propel/DMG, a full service digital media and marketing services agency.
Prior to Propel/DMG he led the strategic direction, day to day operations and digital revenue for the entire portfolio of the Dispatch Media Group’s digital properties. These include the digital brands of one of the country's oldest and most distinguished major newspapers, regional broadcast television, cable, radio and print properties as well as a series of independent digital brands. He also oversaw the division's evolution, growth and integration with traditional media units as well as growing digital revenues 330%.
Earlier in life, he served as Director of Sales at FAST Search and Transfer; A Microsoft Subsidiary, Director of Business Development and Consulting for the marketing and publishing technology company Capps Digital Solutions; A Division of Publicis, in Chicago. And, worked as a Director of Business Development and Customer Experience Content Strategist for Sapient Razorfish (formerly Scient). He has also worked in leadership and delivery roles on consulting engagements with Morgan Stanley, The U.S. Army, Starbucks, Qwest Communications, Ingersol-Rand, Wells Fargo, Chrysler, McGraw Hill, and Thomson Publishing among others.
Dave Bull, Brand Strategy & Design
Dave is recognized in the areas of identity strategy and branding programs, information design, visual language theory and design history—the dialogue of his work, teaching and research has lead to numerous award-winning and innovative solutions. Dave’s work has served many notable brands such as: OhioHealth, Novartis, Titleist, The Limited, BMW Financial, Vorys, Stora Enso Paper, Raytheon, Time Warner, Bacardi, CBS Radio, Nationwide, Wexner Center for the Arts and Cardinal Health. He has also consulted he consulted extensively to the noted international branding firm of Siegel Gale.
He was most recently a founding partner of Duality, a multi-disciplinary branding consultancy. Previously he was a founding partner of Shift Global, a digital agency where he lead brand strategy and design initiatives. He also served as Design Director at VIA, where he provided overall visual leadership to many of the firm’s Fortune 100 clients.
He was also a full-time tenure track and adjunct faculty member at The Ohio State University in the Department of Design. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at The University of Hartford and The University of Cincinnati where he taught identity and branding courses. He has lectured at many design programs throughout the nation and presented brand strategy and information design papers at international conferences in Sweden, Italy, Switzerland and New York City. Dave holds a MFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design. His undergraduate studies were at Ohio University where he double majored earning a BSJ in Advertising Management and Graphic Design.
John McKenna, Chief Technology and Information Security
John has 20 years of experience in leadership and delivery of information systems, infrastructure and cloud solutions. He has witnessed the evolution of how businesses use technology to operate; engage with customers across channels, provide innovative services and reduce costs. Most recently, he has been at the forefront of developing cloud computing products and solutions. His focus is always on understanding what the client need and objective.
John works with enterprises and service providers to help them utilize and deliver cloud computing solutions. He has worked with large enterprises implementing private and public cloud solutions and service providers building and delivering new managed services.
John's prior career highlights include starting Bluemile’s cloud computing business. As Executive Vice President, his responsibilities included sales, operations and product management. During John’s tenure, Bluemile was twice recognized as an Inc. 500/5000 Fastest Growing Company. John has also worked for AT&T, StorageTek/Oracle and Cisco. He has extensive experience in cloud computing, infrastructure, security, and virtualization as well as delivering those technologies via managed and professional services.
John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University. He enjoys traveling, coaching his three kids and spending time with his wife, Christina, their family and their friends.
Ken Wiesman, Director Account Services
Ken Wiesman is a tireless leader in the Agency business with a proven track record in finance, account management, technology, administration, operations and organizational design. His experience across multiple decades in the industry includes executive roles in Creative, Media, Production, Programmatic Media, CRM and Promotions agencies. Ken has led technology teams and understands the paring of technology with customer engagement tactics. Ken has witnessed the evolution of the agency business from an opaque creative reach industry to a technology driven, ROI based model. His client history includes Telecom, Pharma, CPG, QSR, and Automotive.
Ken’s goal is to bridge the gap between the brand creative, the brand essence if you will, with the execution side of the business which often drives profits and has a high ROI.
