Accounting Team (Credit Card Info/Changes, Monthly Fees, Expenses, T4A's & Employment Letters)

Oversee accounting matters for our entire Canadian Operations.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Monthly expense statements are emailed at the end of each month. Any outstanding balances are deducted from commissions before payout. If by the 10th day of the following month there is a balance owing, the fees will automatically be applied to the credit card on file.

Each Transaction Specialist is allocated specific boards to their care. They review and prepare files for payout, handle lawyer conveyancing (invoicing & sending deal documents), process mutual releases, registrant disclosures or any other deal-related paperwork.
