Provide Coop Agents (or Depositing Agent if double-end) with the all-in-one deposit delivery instructions at the link below:
Forward the above link to the coop agent, they will complete a short form and submit this to receive the deposit instructions.
The Deposit Delivery Instruction document that will be sent upon filling out the form above will include instructions for all deposit methods:
Depositing a bank draft/cheque via FTNI
Etransfer
Wire Transfer
Online Bill Payment
Also, once the form is submitted the eXp agent will receive a copy of the form showing the details of the deposit, the deposit team will be able to use this form as a tracker to know what deposits are expected.
Once the coop agent has made the deposit they will provide the receipt to either the eXp agent and/or the deposit team to process once the funds have been received.
Getting Started with ETran Mobile by FTNI Training
1) Attend the Online Training
2) Complete the Quiz (An 80% passing grade is required to obtain login credentials)
To initiate the ETran Mobile by FTNI training
Click Login with eXp Passport (Do not use the main login button)
Enter your eXp Realty email address in Username and click Next
Enter your Password and click Verify
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions - OR - email support@exprealty.com.
Logging in to the ETran Mobile by FTNI app
Your login credentials are in the "Course Completion" email near the bottom so read it all.
The username is the first part of your Exp emails EXCLUDING "@exprealty.com" (example: john.smith@exprealty.com, the username is john.smith).
Site abbreviation is EXPON.
Default password in Ontario-2021 and you will be prompted to change it at login.
Some WiFi networks are not secure and will not allow password changes. Use your phone carrier's signal to avoid this issue.
Click on "Remember Me" option so it saves your credentials except your password.
If you see a prompt that your password has expired, (do not try to get a new password) but follow the password reset screen and enter Ontario-2021 for the current password and the password of your choosing on the second and third fields.
General tips when using the ETran Mobile by FTNI app
Don’t use commas when entering a deposit amount.
Trade number field is optional. It can be empty or include any reference number you choose.
You need to scan the actual cheque or draft, not a photocopy.
If the screen looks "jumbled", it is a loading issue. Simply log out and back in.
Please do NOT use the online form to test the new system.

Important Notes Regarding Deposits
In-Branch Deposits are NOT an option.
No interest-bearing trust account, therefore no Schedule B is required.
No cash deposits are accepted, preferably bank drafts to protect seller clients.
Personal cheques require 10 business days to clear which will delay funds being returned to buyers on cancelled deals so please advise them accordingly.
For commission deposits, our Administration Team encourages listing brokerages or lawyers to pay us electronically via EFT. For those who do not agree, our agents can either pick up the cheques and deposit via ETran Mobile by FTNI or have them mail them (noting Canada Post has been quite slow so it requires some patience). We have a simplified guest pass that will be an option as well soon for brokerages and lawyers to deposit using ETran Mobile by FTNI.
