¡Bienvenidos!

¡Hola!

My name is Adriana Lara (but you can call me señorita Lara) and this is my third year teaching at the Academy of Scientific Exploration (ASE), but my sixth year working at César Chávez Learning Academies.

I was born and raised in the city of Van Nuys to proud, hardworking Mexican parents.

I enjoy spending time with my family, watching T.V./ movies, listening to music, playing with my cats and new puppy, going to Disneyland, and going to the park/beach to practice photography.

I received my B.A. in Spanish (Language and Culture) and Chicana/o Studies from California State University, Northridge in the Spring of 2012. I continued attending CSUN and obtained my Teaching Credentials in the Spring of 2014. In the Fall of 2018, I earned my Master's in Education from CSUN. Go Matadors!
