Core Assessments are activities that measure levels 1-3 on Bloom’s Taxonomy (multiple choice, simple recall, definitions, etc)
Flavor Assessments are activities that measure levels 3 and higher on Bloom’s Taxonomy (higher application, hands on, and/or over time)
The final, summative Core Assessment and Flavor Assessment replace ALL formative grades at the end of the term
All assignments, instruction, and frontloading are posted to Google Classroom. Grades for individual assignments can be seen there, but Powerschool is the indicator of overall mastery in the classroom.
