Dear Class of 2025 and Families,
Please review your parking options for graduation practice and the graduation ceremony.
Please remember that a bus from school is available for students who do not want to provide their own transportation to the practice at Santander on Wednesday morning. You must sign up at practice on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Please plan sufficient time to drive, park, and then walk to the Santander so that you arrive on time for practices and the graduation ceremony.
The Reading Parking Authority website is the most complete and accurate source of information. Here is a link to the Reading Parking Authority map. Santander Arena provided this summary of parking options for the graduation ceremony.
Notes from the Reading Parking Authority website:
South Penn Garage at 635 Franklin Street. Enter from Franklin or Cherry Streets. $2 per hour during the day. $5 in the evening for the community event rate.
Reed and Court Garage at 666 Court Street. The entrance is at the intersection of Reed and Court Streets. $2 per hour during the day. $5 in the evening for the community event rate.
The DoubleTree Hotel parking lot is also convenient, but more expensive ($10).
Street parking is also an option. Please pay attention to the signs for meters.
Please read the directions for paying at the garages, especially if you must use cash.
