Warm Welcome to Coach Porter
Let's start with exciting news: we are thrilled to welcome Coach Porter, our new SwimStrong Dryland Coordinator. With an impressive track record, Porter has been involved with SwimStrong Dryland (SSDL) since its inception by Eric Hudson in 2013. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of the program are invaluable assets and we're looking forward to having Porter's seasoned guidance as we dive into our summer schedule.
Updated Dryland Schedules
We want to remind everyone that most of the dryland schedules have been updated. Please take a moment to review these changes and adjust your calendars accordingly. Keeping up-to-date with the training schedule is key to ensuring that your swimmer maximizes their potential and doesn't miss out on any of the planned activities.
Excel Senior Dinner
We are excited to announce our Senior dinner for the Class of 2023 and their families. On Monday, June 19th, 6:00pm, at the Brentwood Chuy's all of our graduating seniors and their families are welcome to join us. If you are swimming in college, please bring your school's hat so that we can get a group picture. Registration will open up this week on our website.

Over the course of the new long course season, our club will be tracking a series of recognition programs to help motivate our swimmers to succeed un a multitude of events. While ultimately these programs do reward success, they are designed to be achievable by any level of swimmers, not just those with the most experience. You can always find the running totals for each at the bottom of the Excel Extras.

All of our parent volunteers play a vital role in hosting meets. We simply could not host meets in your absence. While most jobs take little training or experience, meet officials go through an educational and training process that enables them to help officiate at all meets. In fact, our own Excel officials have outnumbered the host team officials in both our first two meets. We are very grateful to our officiating crew but are always looking for new members.
