The EX3 Strategy & Ideation Lab offers flexible layouts and configurations to accommodate your group's needs.
LAYOUT EXAMPLES
Common in schools and universities, the classroom layout minimizes person-person communication but largely supports a learning environment. Used for keynotes and lessons, the layout directs all eyes towards the front of the room so the speaker is the main focus but they can also navigate between the rows for an more engaging learning experience.
This arrangement is used for small breakout pairs to work together. Small pairs allow for more detailed strategy and ideation sessions and allow the potential for more ideas and tactics to be created and presented when the whole group comes back together. Typically used in role-playing scenerios or interview style activities to build empathy.
Small groups of participants sitting facing each other facilitates dialogue to encourage small teams to work on various specific topics and to break down silos. These small groups can ideate in an "all ideas welcome" environment and present their gathered knowledge to the whole room later on.Â
Breakout ideation set up allows for intimate strategy sessions that encourage collaboration and the exploration of new ideas and to be shared with the room later on. Because of the table positions, they facilitate rapid team design and ideation.
