Monday - Green Pants - Put on your favorite outfit and do a fashion show. Why do you love this outfit? How does it make you feel? Is it comfortable? Does it make you feel confident? Do you love the way it looks?
Tuesday- Go Find it!! (my favorite zoom game) Find 20 green things in your house (bonus if you have green pants!), find 10 shiny things, find 4 sticky things, find something alive, find 3 wooden things, 2 things you love, someone you love, something that makes noise..
Wednesday - Jabari Jumps - Jabari’s dad gives him advice on what to do when he was scared.Draw a picture of what scared looks like and make a list of “Things to do when you’re feeling scared”
Thursday - Jabari Jumps - I try every year to go off the high dive at Maple Street Park and always walk back down the ladder. I’m ok with that. What are you scared of? What would it look like to face your fears?

Monday-Shh! We have a Plan - We have talked a lot over the years about safety plans at home. Now is the time to memorize your address and phone numbers. Do you remember the emergency phone number 911? What is your family plan when there is a fire? Do you know 2 ways out? Do you know what to do if a stranger tries and talk to you? Draw a picture of all the “green flag” people in your life.
Tuesday - Play “Red Light Green Light” with someone in your family. Practice using your best listening ears and self control. For an extra challenge, walk for “yellow light.”
Wednesday- How close can you come to a wild animal? Challenge yourself to get close to a bird, squirrel, chipmunk, or unicorn. How quiet can you be? How can you calm your body before you sneak up to a critter? Who can take the closest pic? Send it to me! - acate@ewsd.org rhutton@ewsd.org
