What we can do for EHS:
Taking AP classes comes with both rewards and challenges, and AP Ambassadors strives to be the group of students who can provide support. With experience in many AP Classes offered at EHS, the AP Ambassadors can offer other students their advice and experience, providing individual assistance as needed.
Goals:
AP Ambassadors is a student-led group whose goal is to help diversify the AP program here at EHS. Student leaders who are a part of this club will be tasked with providing EHS students with registration information, tips, and tricks for navigating testing here at EHS, and a sense of community.
What will the group be tasked to do in a school year:
Students selected to participate in the AP Ambassador program are provided with training on how the College Board conducts their AP programs, support in talking about the AP program here at EHS. The AP Ambassadors will assist in planning and executing the fall and spring mandatory AP meetings with students, support the AP team in maintaining the AP website, visit with 8th and 9th grade classes to promote AP as an alternative pathway to graduation here at EHS.
