Please consider: Aspen is a form of communication. Read comments left by teachers on assignments-often the "0" or the "M" (missing-which calculates as a zero) are placeholders with follow up needed. Also look to see if an assignment is listed as "exempt" before assuming it's calculating as a zero.

GRADING POLICY
Each department weighs assignments differently, however, the grading scale is the same in each class:
A+ = 100 - 97 B+ = 89 - 87 C+ = 79 - 77 D = 69 - 65
A = 96 - 93 B = 86 - 83 C = 76 - 73 F = 64-0
A- = 92 - 90 B- = 82 - 80 C- = 72 - 70

HOMEWORK POLICY
Students must record daily homework using the Agenda provided to them ("none" may be the homework, but having it written there is a way to ensure they wrote in the homework assigned).
Teachers may stamp or sign agendas for their class the first quarter of the school year while students are transitioning into this responsibility.
Homework is written on a homework board in each classroom daily.
100% attempted homework is expected.
When absent, students are expected to reach out for missed work (see "Absences" in "Resources/FAQ").
Late assignments may not be given full credit.
