It takes some getting used to as everyone knows him and has mostly negative feelings about him. However he makes some decisions to help out the team and learns a great life lesson just from one season.

A movie with Snoop Dogg getting into some trouble and having to serve community service. He sees an opportunity to coach a peewee football team, but not for the kids. People start to pick up on this but he starts to develop his players one by one very efficiently to build a very strong football team that the kids won't ever forget. Despite the language used, it is a great movie with a good lesson to it.
