OVERVIEW

Prison Break follows structural engineer Michael Scofield, who intentionally incarcerates himself at Fox River State Penitentiary to rescue his brother, Lincoln Burrows, from death row. Lincoln was framed for murdering the Vice President's brother, leaving Michael to use his detailed knowledge of the prison blueprints to plan an elaborate escape. While inside, Michael forms alliances with fellow inmates and faces dangers from prisoners and staff, all while grappling with his developing feelings for prison doctor Sara Tancredi. The first season concludes with a daring prison break, leading to a long, dangerous run as fugitives in subsequent seasons while trying to expose a massive government conspiracy. Throughout the series, the brothers battle a shadowy organization known as "The Company" to finally secure their freedom and clear their names.
