Anne Shirley

Marilla Cuthbert is a sweet but headstrong woman who lives on Green Gables with her brother Matthew. She has been through many moments in her life that have affected her like when she lost her only lover. (John Blythe). But stayed strong and continued her life while watching Anne grow up with her by her side.

Matthew Cuthbert is a very hard working man. He lives at Green Gables with Marilla and helps out around the farm. Although Matthew has suffered a head injury and heart attack, he rested well and recovered fast leading him to be able to watch Anne grow up.

Rachael Lynde is Marilla's best friend. She is wise, truth telling, and a very independent woman with a loving husband. Even though her truths can be a little offensive and personal towards people, she has learned to apologize and realize that not everything should be said out loud.

Gilbert Blythe is a very hard working; smart boy. He wants to grow up and become a doctor and has achieved his goals in the end. All of the girls in school had a crush on him. Gylbert was also kind and gentleman-like. He was never rude to a girl or teased anyone unlike his classmates.

Diana Berry is very sweet, funny, and one of Anne's best friends. Diana and Anne do everything together. They go on adventures, read stories, and help each other. Diana likes to stick to her boundaries and is very mature. Anne did help her imagination escape which led to all of their adventures, etc.

Jerry Baryard is a boy that works for the Cuthbert's to help out on the farm. He also works for them to get extra money to help support his big family. Anne and Jerry became good friends on the farm. Anne will always take care of Jerry like he is a brother to her. Jerry is also a very kind, respectful, and responsible young boy following all requests and chores given to him.

Ruby Gillis is a pretty young girl. She is very sensitive to things and judges people by looks and first impressions. Ever since she met Anne she thought she was weird. But once she actually met her and got closer, she changed her perception of how she looks at Anne and they became close friends.

Cole Mackenzie is a kind boy. He is very artistic and creative. Anne helps him a lot with imagination. Even though he had a hard life with his parents and opening up to being gay. He found his place in Charlottetown and is now living with Aunt Josephine.
