The ARC-EX has been a massive improvement to what was done in the past. One of the many improvements was that people up to 34 years after the SCI have been able to regain strength and sensation . Another was that other partucipents also reported better sleep , fewer amount od spasm's, better bladder and bowel control, and increased upper body sensation as a whole. And goals of movement and safty was met for the ARC-EX. Comfort for stimulation along with freqencey for a more easier feeling.
