Transportation for Hartford Region Open Choice schools is provided by the Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) Transportation, which is managed by the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC). CREC coordinates transportation for students attending Open Choice suburban schools, as well as Hartford-operated magnet schools and other choice programs.
