COVID-19 Protocols

COVID- 19 Student Vaccination Data Collection

Currently, the District does not mandate the vaccination of students and respects personal choice. However, EWCSD has received multiple inquiries regarding the ability for parents to submit their child’s COVID-19 vaccination record to have on file if their child is identified as a close contact to a positive COVID-19 case at school. To expedite the screening process for students to return to school, and in response to the parent inquiries, we have created a brief survey to collect that information. Providing Covid-19 vaccination information to EWCSD is VOLUNTARY; it is not required. However, without proof of vaccination, the District will assume your child is not vaccinated and follow the exposure management guidelines for unvaccinated individuals.
