Kindly proceed with the following steps:
Step 1: Access the Email Request Portal
Visit the portal at https://email.evsu.edu.ph.
Choose the appropriate portal:
For Students: Click the “Student Request Portal” icon.
For Employees: Click the “Employee Request Portal” icon.
Click the “Create EVSU Email” button.
Step 2: Log In to Verify Your Identity
Students: Log in using your Student ID and password (the same credentials used for the Student Portal).
Employees: Log in using your Username and password (the same credentials used for the Employee Portal).
Step 3: Fill Out the Request Form
Complete the EVSU Email Request Form accurately.
Set a strong password for your EVSU email.
Provide your active recovery email and mobile number.
⚠️ Make sure both are valid and currently active.
Step 4: Wait for Processing
After submitting your request, please allow 1 to 24 hours for validation and processing.
Step 5: Track Your Request
You can track the status of your request through the same portal.
Follow the instructions below to complete the process:
Step 1: Visit the Portal
Go to: https://email.evsu.edu.ph
Step 2: Choose Your Access Point
For Students: Click the “Student Request Portal” icon.
For Employees: Click the “Employee Request Portal” icon.
Step 3: Track Your Request
Click the “Track My Request” button.
Log in to verify your identity:
Students: Use your Student ID and password (same as your Student Portal login).
Employees: Use your Username and password (same as your Employee Portal login).
Step 4: Check the Status of Your Request
There are three possible statuses:
🟠 In Progress – Your request is being processed.
✅ Completed – Your email request has been successfully processed.
🔴 Error – There was a problem with your request.
Step 5: If You See “Error” Status
Double-check the details you submitted, especially your password.
Your password must:
Be at least 12 characters long
Include a combination of:
Uppercase letters (A–Z, excluding Ñ)
Lowercase letters (a–z, excluding ñ)
Numbers (0–9)
Symbols (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, or *)
Correct your details and submit a new request through the portal.
Please comply with the steps provided below:
Option 1: Self-Service Recovery via Google
Step 1: Visit Google
Go to https://www.google.com.
Step 2: Sign In
Click "Sign In" at the upper-right corner of the page.
Step 3: Enter Your EVSU Email Address
Type in your EVSU email address and click "Next".
Step 4: Recover Your Account
Click "Forgot Password?" and follow the on-screen instructions provided by Google.
Step 5: Complete the Recovery Process
Once you regain access, update your password immediately and ensure it is strong and secure.
Option 2: Request Assistance from the ICT Office
Step 1: Prepare the following:
A photocopy of your Student ID
Your EVSU email address
Your active or new phone number
Step 2: Visit the ICT Office
Present your requirements to the assisting staff.
Step 3: Account Recovery
The staff will assist you in recovering your account.
A temporary password will be provided.
Step 4: Secure Your Account
Use the temporary password to log in to your email.
Immediately update your password.
Make sure to set a strong and secure password.
