As part of our efforts to establish a fully functional ICT infrastructure in the newly constructed administration building, we carried out network cabling and configuration to provide a seamless and reliable internet connection. This initiative covers key offices such as Accounting, Cashiering, Commission on Audit (COA), Budget, and several other administrative units. Ensuring stable connectivity in these offices is essential for supporting their day-to-day operations, including financial transactions, data processing, report generation, and coordination with other departments. Through this project, we aim to enhance operational efficiency, minimize network interruptions, and enable faster and more secure access to institutional systems and online services. 

The Summary of the Tracer Study is a type of report that shows the number of survey responses, partially completed surveys, pending alumni who have not yet taken the survey, and the total number of registered alumni. It also includes the list of alumni who completed the survey, partially completed it, and those who have not yet participated. 

The Alumni Tracer Survey link was developed to offer an accessible survey form for all alumni belonging to a specific batch, and to address the issue of those who did not receive the link via email due to changes in their email addresses. 

We successfully created a registration portal for the 8th iSTEAM 2025 Research Congress and updated certain functionalities, particularly the upload feature for proof of payment.
