Please comply with the steps provided below:
Option 1: If you already have an Employee Portal account
You can activate your Accreditation Portal account using your Employee Portal login details. Please follow the instructions provided in the next section.
Option 2: Create a new account
Step 1: Visit the ICT Office
Go to the ICT Office on your campus.
Step 2: Provide Your Details to the Assisting Staff
Prepare and give the following information:
Full Name
Type of Account (Uploader or Guest)
Assigned Course and Area
Step 3: Request Processing
The assisting staff will process your request and provide your username and password for accessing the Accreditation Portal.
Step 4: Log In to the Accreditation Web Portal
You can now log in to the system at https://accreditation.evsu.edu.ph/ using the credentials given to you.
Kindly proceed with the following steps:
Step 1: Visit the Portal
Go to http://accreditation.evsu.edu.ph/ using your preferred web browser.
Step 2: Log In to Your Account
Enter your username and password on the login page.
⚠️ Note: These credentials are the same as your Employee Portal login.
Step 3: Account Verification and Default Role Assignment
Once your login credentials are verified:
Your account will be activated.
You will automatically be assigned the default role of Employee, which has view-only access.
Step 4: Assign as Uploader to Course and Area
To be assigned to a specific course and area, please follow the instructions specified below (or as provided by the ICT staff or system administrator).
Follow the instructions below to complete the process:
Step 1: Prepare the Requirements
Create a list of faculty members or office staff who will be assigned as uploaders for a particular course and area.
Make sure that all names listed have active accounts in the Accreditation Portal.
Step 2: Visit the ICT Office
Proceed to the ICT Office at your campus.
Step 3: Submit the Requirements
Hand over the list of names and their corresponding course/area assignments to the assisting staff.
Step 4: Processing of Request
The assisting staff will process your request and assign each individual as an Uploader to the specified course and area.
Step 5: Uploading Access Granted
Once assigned, the account holders will now have access to upload necessary documents to be utilized during the accreditation process.
