Thinking about and exploring careers can be intimidating. There are a lot of career exploration tools available but here are four we recommend using. You can learn about jobs, salaries, required skills & education, hiring trends, salary ranges/trends, and take short assessments to match your skills and interests with particular career fields and/or jobs. And remember you don't need to decide now, that's why they call it exploring.

O*Net Online is a Comprehensive career search tool maintained by the US Department of Labor. Beware there is lots of information on this site.
CareerBridge.wa.gov is WA Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board's award-winning website and Washington’s one-stop source for career and education planning.
CareerExploreNW is a community tool designed to guide people toward a job or career as well as help region employers create a talent pipeline.
