Fees & Books

Book rental invoices will be mailed home in September and are due upon receipt. (ChromeBook rental is included in the book fee.) Please follow the instructions on the tear off payment voucher. Checks may be mailed to the address listed or paid at any Old National Bank office. Fees can be paid at Open House.
