Arrival/Dismissal

Students will be required to wear a mask during arrival as they enter the building and during dismissal.

Arrival

• Bus Arrival: Buses will unload on Fulton Ave. and unloading will be staggered. Students will be instructed to socially distance themselves and walk directly to their homerooms upon arrival.

• Car Rider/Walker Arrival: Student arrival will be from 7:15-7:40. K-4 students will enter through Door D. This is the roundabout drive near the playground. Grades 5-8 will enter through the 5th Ave. entrance, Door E. Students will be instructed to socially distance themselves and walk directly to their homerooms upon arrival. During this time, parents are not allowed to walk their student to class.

Dismissal

• Bus Dismissal: Students will socially distance themselves during this time and wear a mask. Students will be escorted and supervised by a teacher.

• Car Rider Dismissal: Students will be dismissed from the same location as arrival. K-4 students will be dismissed from the roundabout. Students will be called by staff to their car. 5-8 students will be dismissed from Door E on 5th Ave.

• Walk Ups: Any student who is picked up by a walker will be dismissed from Door D (roundabout). Adults should line up on the sidewalk next to the Pre-K playground and socially distance. A mask is strongly encouraged. A staff member will be stationed there to assist you and call for your student.

All parents/guardians must remain in their vehicle during pick up.
