Weekly Orchestra Rehearsal Schedule -

Monday & Tuesday - 5:00 - 7:00 - Woodwinds

Monday & Wednesday - 5:00 - 7:00 - Strings

Wednesday & Thursday - 5:00 - 7:00 - Brass

Thursday 7:00 - 9:00 - Full Orchestra Rehearsal 

When we move to Old National Events Plaza on Monday, July 8 the full orchestra will rehearse most
nights with the cast.

The regular Orchestra schedule will be:

Monday & Tuesday - 5:00 - 7:00 - Woodwinds

Monday & Wednesday - 5:00 - 7:00 - Strings

Wednesday & Thursday - 5:00 - 7:00 - Brass

Thursday 7:00 - 9:00 - Full Orchestra Rehearsal 

Some Important Dates:

• Sunday, May 5 - 1:30pm-2:30pm - Full Company Meeting (including parents)
  This is when students will get their show shirts and meet with the design team to talk about the summer

• Our introduction to the music of Mean Girls - High School Version will begin with a read-through sessions. This will be held in the Fine Arts wing of AIS-Diamond (Door #6). Music will be distributed at our first session.

  • 1. 1. 1. SUNDAY, May 19 (12pm- 3pm)

• Monday, June 3 - 5pm-9pm -
  First Rehearsal at AIS -Diamond (Door 6)
  All students (Cast, Orchestra & Crew) will meet for a FULL company meeting (students and staff only).

• Tuesday, June 4 - 5pm - 9pm
  Orchestra will start the regular rehearsal schedule as indicated above. 

• Friday, July 5 - 8am-2pm - LOAD - IN - All Students are required to participate
  This Is the day we move everything to the Old National Events Plaza (ONEP). 

• Monday, July 8 - July 8 - 5pm-10:30pm (ONEP) -
  This is when we will start having our rehearsals at ONEP.

• Monday, July 15 - Tuesday, July 16 (ONEP) - These are dress rehearsals. 

• Wednesday, July 17 (ONEP) -
  This is Friends & Family night. Each student will get 4 tickets for this FINAL DRESS REHEARSAL.

• Thursday, July 18 (ONEP) - Saturday, July 20 - 7pm PERFORMANCES

• Sunday, July 21 (ONEP) - 2pm PERFORMANCE

• Sunday, July 21 (ONEP) - 5:30 - We strike the set

• Monday, July 22 (Various) - 8am-1pm
  Move everything out of ONEP and back to AIS - Diamond and various other locations.
