Weekly Orchestra Rehearsal Schedule -
When we move to Old National Events Plaza the full orchestra will rehearse most
nights with the cast.

Program Information Form - Due no later than June 5.

Scholarship Application - Due no later than June 12.

The regular Orchestra schedule will be:

Monday & Tuesday - 5:00 - 7:00 - Woodwinds

Wednesday & Thursday - 5:00 - 7:00 - Brass

Monday & Wednesday - 7:00 - 9:00 - Strings

Thursday 7:00 - 9:00 - Full Orchestra Rehearsal

• Friday, June 30 - 8am-2pm -
  This will be the day we move everything to the Old National Events Plaza (ONEP). All students are expected to participate.

• Wednesday, July 5 - July 8 - 5pm-10:30pm (ONEP)

• Monday, July 10 - Tuesday, July 11 (ONEP) - These are dress rehearsals. 

• Wednesday, July 12 (ONEP) -
  This is Friends & Family night. Each student will get 4 tickets for this FINAL DRESS REHEARSAL.

• Thursday, July 13 (ONEP) - Saturday, July 15 - 7pm PERFORMANCES

• Sunday, July 16 (ONEP) - 2pm PERFORMANCE

• Sunday, July 16 (ONEP) - 5:30 - We strike the set

• Monday, July 17 (Various) - 8am-1pm
  Move everything out of ONEP and back to AIS - Diamond and various other locations.

• Sunday, May 7 - 1:30pm-2:30pm - Full Company Meeting (including parents)
  This is when students will get their show shirts and meet with the design team to talk about the summer.

• Our introduction to the music of The Addams Family will begin with a read-through sessions. This will be held in the Fine Arts wing of AIS-Diamond (Door #6). Music will be distributed at our first session.

  First Rehearsal at AIS -Diamond (Door 6)
  All students (Cast, Orchestra & Crew) will meet for a FULL company meeting (students and staff only)

• Wednesday, May 31 - 5pm-9pm - 

Brass will rehearse on Monday & Wednesday 5pm - 7pm and Thursday 7pm - 9pm

Winds will rehearse on Tuesday & Thursday 5pm - 7pm and Thursday 7pm - 9pm

String will rehearse on Monday & Wednesday 7pm - 9pm and Thursday 7pm - 9pm.
