Dear Evo Families,
As we begin a very special season at Evo Sports, we are delighted to welcome you and your family back for Term 1 of our 20th Anniversary Season.
Two decades ago, our journey started on a dusty field with nothing more than a bag of cones, a few worn footballs, and a massive dream. Today, as we enter our 20th season, Evo Sports is incredibly proud to have provided over 50,000 young people across Qatar with access to high-quality sport—creating opportunities to develop, compete, build friendships, and be part of a thriving community. While our facilities have grown, that original grassroots passion remains at the heart of everything we do.
As we celebrate this historic milestone throughout the 2026/27 season, we are thrilled to have your family journeying with us for another memorable year.
Key Dates for Term 1:
Term 1 Starts: Sunday, 30th August 2026
Term 1 Ends: Thursday, 17th December 2026
+Important Exception: Please note that ALL our DESS programmes commence one week later, from Sunday, 6th September 2026.
Thank you for being such an integral part of our story. Let’s make this anniversary season our best one yet!
Tommy Westmoreland, Evo Sports Qatar Founder, and Director of Academies
To make registration as simple as possible, all existing Evo members in our Football, Basketball, Netball and Volleyball programmes have been automatically re-enrolled for the new season.
Your child’s place has already been reserved, so there is no need to register again. To secure their place, you simply need to complete payment.
For families in our Swimming programme, the registration process works slightly differently. Parents can select from up to 15 weekly session options, giving you the flexibility to build a schedule that best suits your child and your family. We recommend completing your selection as early as possible, as places are subject to availability and some sessions may reach capacity.
If your child will not be returning to Evo this term, please let our Customer Support Team know by emailing info@evosportsqatar.com. We will then remove your child from the programme and make the place available to another family on our waiting list.
Thank you for helping us ensure a smooth start to the new season. We look forward to welcoming everyone back!
The safety and wellbeing of every child at Evo Sports remains our highest priority. This season, we are introducing new software to further strengthen how we monitor and support player welfare across our programmes.
Ahead of the new season, we ask all parents and guardians to log in to the Evo Members Area and review the information held for both themselves and their child.
Please ensure the following details are complete and up to date:
Parent/guardian contact details
A separate emergency contact
Your child’s school
Relevant medical information
Any additional learning or support needs that will help us provide the best possible experience for your child
Keeping this information accurate is an important part of our safeguarding procedures. It ensures our team can provide the appropriate support and respond quickly should we ever need to contact you or manage an emergency.
