Welcome to 8th grade science with Mrs. Smith. It can be a tough subject, but I will present it in a variety of ways to appeal to different learning styles. My goals for you: Think critically, collaborate, and make real-life connections. In keeping with the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) that New Jersey has adopted, students will learn how to connect science and engineering to solve real world problems. Remember that mistakes will help you grow.
