Faculty Biographies

Ms. Goldman- Band Teacher

My name is Maddy Goldman. This is my 24th year teaching in Evesham Township School District.  I earned my undergraduate degree in music education with a focus on instrumental music from Trenton State College, now The College of New Jersey and my masters degree from Rowan University.   I live with my husband Rob and my two children Skye and Jake in Medford Lakes, NJ.   Music is a core value in my life and my passion.  I love sharing that with our students and seeing the joy when they create music.  When I am not teaching or playing I love spending time outdoors on the water or in in the mountains!  

Ms. Kimler- String Teacher

My name is Tamara Kimler, and I am the orchestra director at Beeler, Rice, and Van Zant Elementary Schools. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Pennsylvania and worked in Human Resources for a number of years before deciding to go back to school for my music education certificate. I taught string instruments in Cherry Hill before opting to stay home with my young kids. This is my second year back at work teaching strings, and I love it. My main instruments are piano, cello, and bass, and I've played in numerous orchestras and accompanied many vocal groups and instrumentalists on piano. Outside of music, I love to travel, read, and spend time with my husband, 12-year-old son, and 10-year-old daughter.

Mrs. Melamed- Band Teacher

My name is Jill Melamed, and I’m the band director for Van Zant and Jaggard Elementary Schools.  This is my 25th year teaching instrumental music in the Evesham Twp. School District.  I graduated from The College of New Jersey and Rowan University with a bachelors and masters degree in music education.  I live in Medford with my husband, Jamie, and my two daughters, Leah, 17 and Aubrey, 13.  Besides teaching in Evesham, I am the principal clarinetist for The Wind Symphony of Southern New Jersey.  I  also love playing for theatre shows.  Music is my passion, and I enjoy sharing that passion with my students.  I’m looking forward to a great year of making music!




Mr. Wessner- String Teacher

Mr. Wessner is the orchestra director for Marlton Middle, Marlton Elementary and Jaggard Schools.  He received his BA in Music Performance from Rowan University and his teaching certificate from Eastern University.  Prior to his work in Evesham Township, he spent six years teaching general music and music technology at the Philadelphia Academy Charter School.  Soon after, he became the instrumental music director at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School directing the wind ensemble, full orchestra and string orchestra.  Additionally, Mr. Wessner is active as a performing artist, playing such venues as the TLA, Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center.    

Mr. White- Band Teacher

Mr. White is the director of bands at MMS and MES.  He has received is BA in Jazz Studies from Rowan University and his MA from the University of the Arts in Masters in Art of Teaching. He is currently in his 12 year teaching instrumental music, music theory, and DJ techniques at MMS. Throughout his jazz career he  has performed with Maynard Ferguson, Diane Schuur, Chris Vadala, John Fedchock,  Dennis DiBlasio, George Rabbi, Brian Betz, Doug Mapp, Robert Rawlins just to name a few. Currently he resides in Marlton with his beautiful wife Catherine with his two entertaining children Sarah and Nathan. His passion is to purely teach music on many different educational levels to anyone that loves music.

Mr. Pagliaro- Band Teacher

My name is Vince Pagliaro, and I am the band teacher at DeMasi, Beeler, and Rice Elementary Schools. This is my first year teaching in the Evesham Township School District. I earned my undergraduate degree in music education at Rowan University with a primary focus of instrumental and a secondary in vocal. My main instrument is saxophone, but I play all different kinds of instruments. I taught Percussion Ensemble and Piano Classes at Kingsway Regional High School. Outside of teaching, I do other activities such as dance lessons, art classes, and meditation.
