Is there a catch?

The only "catch" is that you must meet the following criteria:

✔️ You are 18+

✔️ You are a Milwaukee or Waukesha County resident

✔️ Your household has not yet received a laptop from Everyone On

✔️ You meet one of the following criteria 👇

• • Underserved

    • Your housing unit does not have access to reliable, affordable broadband service

  • Underconnected

    • Physical access to broadband is available, but you do not have full access due to cost, quality of service, policies, or practices of providers

  • Low-income

    • Your income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

OR

• • • You are unable to afford the basics on housing, childcare, food, transportation, healthcare, and technology

  • Affected by Covid-19

    • The need for you to have broadband access was made apparent by COVID-19
