Four Day Weeks

The Everton R-III School District operates on a four-day-a-week school week. The goal is a way of supporting student learning and attracting, recruiting, retaining and growing employees. 

The Goals of a Four-Day School Week: 

- Support the attendance of students by making room for appointments on Mondays.
- Attracting and growing staff with monthly Professional Development.
- Consistent school calendars with days for make-ups due to weather, etc.

Four Day Weeks mean no school on Mondays - except for a few on holiday breaks. Daily hours are 8:00am - 3:42pm; doors open at 7:30am.
