Terms & Conditions
Effective date: March 23, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Printer: Smart Print App mobile application for iPhone and iPad (the “Application”) created and operated by Libra capital LLC (the “Service Provider”) as a freemium service.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Application.
1. Use of the Application
The Application is designed to help users connect compatible mobile devices to supported printers and print content such as photos, documents, PDFs, images, and other files selected by the user.
The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit the Application except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or other intellectual property notices;
use the Application in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.
3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Certain features of the Application may be available only through a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and may be managed within the Application using Adapty. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, free trials, and subscription management are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Unless otherwise stated in the Application or by Apple:
subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period;
you may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings;
deleting the Application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
The Service Provider does not receive or store your full payment card details.
4. Device permissions and functionality
To provide its core functionality, the Application may request access to certain device features and system permissions, including:
Local Network access, to discover and communicate with compatible printers on the same network;
Photos access, if you choose to print images from your photo library;
Files and document access, if you choose to print PDFs, documents, or other files selected through the system file picker;
Tracking permission, where applicable, through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework.
If you deny certain permissions, some features of the Application may not function properly or may be unavailable.
5. Printer compatibility and print-related limitations
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to support printing workflows through compatible iOS and iPadOS technologies. However, the Application may not be compatible with every printer, model, firmware version, network configuration, or file type.
Actual print results may depend on factors outside the Service Provider’s control, including:
printer model and condition;
network availability and stability;
printer firmware or manufacturer limitations;
file format and document structure;
paper, ink, toner, and print settings;
compatibility between the Application, the operating system, and third-party hardware or software.
The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universal compatibility with all printers or accessories.
6. Third-party services and SDKs
The Application uses third-party services, SDKs, and technologies that may be subject to their own terms, policies, and conditions. These may include, without limitation:
Adapty
Amplitude
AppsFlyer
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
The Application may also rely on Apple technologies and system services such as StoreKit, AppTrackingTransparency, Photos, Files, and iOS/iPadOS printing frameworks.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
7. Internet, network, and carrier charges
Certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection, local network access, or both. The connection may be provided by Wi-Fi, mobile data, or another network provider.
The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not work properly due to:
lack of internet access;
lack of local network access;
poor network quality;
router or firewall restrictions;
exhaustion of your data allowance;
roaming restrictions or charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile network provider or other third parties in connection with your use of the Application.
8. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
ensuring that your device remains functional, charged, and compatible with the Application;
maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application;
using the Application only with content that you are legally entitled to access, store, print, or otherwise process;
verifying print settings, printer availability, and document selection before confirming a print action.
You must not use the Application to process, store, print, or transmit content in violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so may compromise security and prevent the Application from functioning correctly.
9. Privacy
The Application may collect and process personal data and technical information in order to provide its services, manage subscriptions, analyze usage, attribute installs, and monitor crashes or performance.
Use of such information is governed by the Application’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed through the third-party SDKs and service providers integrated into the Application.
10. Availability, updates, and changes
The Service Provider may, at any time and without prior notice:
modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Application;
introduce paid features or change pricing, provided that any charges will be clearly communicated to you before they apply;
release updates, patches, fixes, or new versions of the Application;
limit availability of the Application for technical, operational, legal, or business reasons.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, that updates will continue indefinitely, or that the Application will remain compatible with every future operating system version or device.
You agree to install updates when made available where necessary for continued use, security, compatibility, or functionality.
11. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
The Service Provider does not warrant that:
the Application will meet your requirements;
the Application will always be available, secure, or error-free;
printing operations will always be completed successfully;
defects will always be corrected;
the Application will be compatible with all printers, files, devices, or network environments.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, device malfunction, failed print job, corrupted document, or other loss arising out of or related to:
your use of, or inability to use, the Application;
printer incompatibility or hardware failure;
third-party SDKs, services, or infrastructure;
interruptions in internet or network connectivity;
operating system limitations or device restrictions;
unauthorized access to your device or data caused by your own failure to maintain device security.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Termination
These Terms & Conditions remain in effect until terminated by you or the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if:
you breach these Terms & Conditions;
the Service Provider is required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons;
continued provision of the Application is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
Upon termination:
all rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will cease;
you must stop using the Application;
you may need to delete the Application from your device.
14. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms & Conditions will become effective when posted within the Application, on the relevant website or landing page, or otherwise made available to users.
You are advised to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms & Conditions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
