Privacy Policy of TV Remote Universal Control

This Privacy Policy describes how Libra capital LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with the TV Remote mobile application for iPhone and iPad (the “App”). It also covers the third-party SDKs and service providers integrated into the App.

2. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the App, including information processed by integrated attribution, diagnostics, and subscription-management tools. It should be read together with any in-app permission prompts, Apple system permission dialogs, and the privacy disclosures presented on the App Store product page.
3. Categories of information we may process
Usage data, such as app events, sessions, screen views, feature usage, paywall interactions, remote-control actions, and other in-app activity.
Device and technical data, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, and technical identifiers.
Diagnostics and crash data, such as crash reports, error messages, stack traces, and session-related technical information.
Subscription and purchase data, such as subscription status, access levels, product identifiers, purchase history, trial status, renewal events, cancellations, billing issues, and refunds.
Attribution and advertising-related data, such as campaign data, install source, ad set data, IP address, conversion events, deep-link data, and, where permitted, advertising identifiers.
TV and connectivity data needed to discover, identify, pair with, connect to, or communicate with compatible TVs, streaming devices, or related devices, including local-network-related technical information, device name, device model, and connection status.

4. App permissions and access to device features
Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to certain device capabilities. If you do not grant a requested permission, some features of the App may not work as intended.
Local network
The App may request access to the local network in order to discover nearby compatible TVs or devices and establish remote-control-related connections.
Tracking permission
Where applicable, the App may request tracking authorization through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing tracking-related identifiers for attribution or advertising-related measurement.
5. How we use information
to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App;
to discover compatible TVs or devices and enable remote-control-related functionality;
to establish and maintain device connections, pairing status, and command delivery;
to measure app performance, feature usage, and product analytics;
to attribute installs, campaigns, deep links, and conversion events;
to detect, investigate, and resolve bugs, crashes, and technical issues;
to manage subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywalls, and access to premium features;
to respond to user inquiries and support requests;
to protect our rights, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Third-party SDKs and service providers used in the App
The App includes the following third-party SDKs and service providers. The list below is based on the integrations identified for this app version.
Adapty (AdaptySDK-iOS)
Purpose: Subscription management, paywalls, in-app purchases, and monetization analytics.
Categories of data that may be processed: Subscription status, access levels, purchase history, product IDs, trial status, billing issues, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related monetization events.
AppsFlyer (AppsFlyerFramework 6.17.9)
Purpose: Mobile attribution, marketing analytics, and device identifier-based measurement.
Categories of data that may be processed: Install attribution data, source, campaign, ad set data, device identifiers including IDFA/IDFV where permitted, IP address, deep-link data, and conversion events.
Sentry (sentry-cocoa 9.9.0)
Purpose: Crash reporting and diagnostics.
Categories of data that may be processed: Crash reports, diagnostic events, stack traces, error messages, session-related technical data, app version, OS version, and device model.
In addition, the App may rely on Apple technologies and system frameworks such as StoreKit for in-app purchases, AppTrackingTransparency for tracking authorization, and iOS or iPadOS networking technologies needed to discover and connect to compatible devices.
7. Tracking and attribution
Where tracking is used, the App will request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or engaging in tracking-related processing that requires such permission. If permission is not granted, tracking-related processing that depends on that permission will not be performed.
You can change your tracking choice at any time in your device settings, subject to the controls made available by Apple.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase infrastructure and may be managed in the App through Adapty. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive subscription-related metadata necessary to validate purchases, determine access rights, and manage premium features.
9. How we may share information
with attribution, diagnostics, and subscription infrastructure providers that support the operation of the App;
with Apple and other technical infrastructure providers where necessary to enable in-app purchases, system-level connectivity functionality, or device-level integrations;
with competent authorities, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement bodies where required by law or legal process;
with professional advisors where reasonably necessary to protect our rights or comply with legal obligations.
We do not share personal data beyond what is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
10. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the App, manage subscriptions, maintain security, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the relevant legal or operational requirements.
11. International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries in which our service providers or infrastructure providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we will apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.
12. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and data portability where applicable.

13. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children and is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App or by other lawful means.
