2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

It should be read together with any in-app permission prompts, Apple system permission dialogs, and the privacy disclosures presented on the App Store product page.

3. Categories of information we may process

4. App permissions and access to device features

Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to certain device capabilities. If you do not grant a requested permission, some features of the App may not work as intended.

Local network

The App may request access to the local network in order to discover nearby compatible TVs or devices and establish remote-control-related connections.

Tracking permission

Where applicable, the App may request tracking authorization through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing tracking-related identifiers for attribution or advertising-related measurement.

5. How we use information

6. Third-party SDKs and service providers used in the App

The App includes the following third-party SDKs and service providers. The list below is based on the integrations identified for this app version.

Adapty (AdaptySDK-iOS)

Purpose: Subscription management, paywalls, in-app purchases, and monetization analytics.

Categories of data that may be processed: Subscription status, access levels, purchase history, product IDs, trial status, billing issues, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related monetization events.

AppsFlyer (AppsFlyerFramework 6.17.9)

Purpose: Mobile attribution, marketing analytics, and device identifier-based measurement.

Categories of data that may be processed: Install attribution data, source, campaign, ad set data, device identifiers including IDFA/IDFV where permitted, IP address, deep-link data, and conversion events.

Sentry (sentry-cocoa 9.9.0)

Purpose: Crash reporting and diagnostics.

Categories of data that may be processed: Crash reports, diagnostic events, stack traces, error messages, session-related technical data, app version, OS version, and device model.

In addition, the App may rely on Apple technologies and system frameworks such as StoreKit for in-app purchases, AppTrackingTransparency for tracking authorization, and iOS or iPadOS networking technologies needed to discover and connect to compatible devices.

7. Tracking and attribution

Where tracking is used, the App will request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or engaging in tracking-related processing that requires such permission. If permission is not granted, tracking-related processing that depends on that permission will not be performed.

You can change your tracking choice at any time in your device settings, subject to the controls made available by Apple.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase infrastructure and may be managed in the App through Adapty. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive subscription-related metadata necessary to validate purchases, determine access rights, and manage premium features.

9. How we may share information

We do not share personal data beyond what is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

10. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the App, manage subscriptions, maintain security, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the relevant legal or operational requirements.

11. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries in which our service providers or infrastructure providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we will apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.

12. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and data portability where applicable.

13. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children and is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
