This Privacy Policy describes how Libra capital LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with the Doc Scanner: Pdf Scan Maker mobile application for iPhone and iPad (the “App”). It also covers the third-party SDKs and service providers integrated into the App.

2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the App, including information processed by integrated analytics, attribution, diagnostics, conversion-measurement, and subscription-management tools. It should be read together with any in-app permission prompts, Apple system permission dialogs, and the privacy disclosures presented on the App Store product page.

3. Categories of information we may process

• Identifiers, such as app instance identifiers, device identifiers, and other technical identifiers used by analytics, attribution, subscription, diagnostics, or conversion-measurement tools.
• Usage Data, such as app events, sessions, feature usage, paywall interactions, screen views, export actions, and other in-app activity.
• Purchase History, such as subscription status, access levels, product identifiers, trial status, billing issues, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related purchase metadata.
• Diagnostics, such as crash reports, error messages, stack traces, and session-related technical information used to identify and fix bugs or stability issues.
• Attribution Data, such as install source, campaign data, ad set data, conversion events, deep-link data, and related attribution signals.
• Device Information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, and related technical environment data.
• Ad Conversion Data, such as on-device conversion signals and related advertising measurement data where supported and permitted.

The App may also process scans, images, PDFs, and other documents that you choose to capture, import, edit, organize, export, or share through the App. As configured for this app version, such document processing is intended to occur primarily on your device. We do not intentionally collect the contents of your scans, documents, photos, or files on our servers as personal data unless you separately choose to send them to us, for example as part of a support request.

The App is not designed to intentionally collect directly identifying personal information such as your name, postal address, or government ID number through its core analytics, attribution, subscriptions, diagnostics, or on-device conversion tooling.

4. App permissions and access to device features

Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to certain device capabilities. If you do not grant a requested permission, some features of the App may not work as intended.

Camera

The App may request access to your device camera in order to capture, scan, or process documents and related images.

Photos

The App may request access to your photo library if you choose to import images or documents stored on your device for scanning or document-processing purposes.

Files and documents

The App may request access to documents or files that you select through the system file picker in order to import, process, convert, organize, export, or share them through the App.

Tracking permission

Where applicable, the App may request tracking authorization through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing tracking-related identifiers for attribution or advertising-related measurement.

5. How we use information

• to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App;
• to scan, capture, process, enhance, organize, export, and share documents and related content;
• to measure app performance, feature usage, and product analytics;
• to attribute installs, campaigns, deep links, and conversion events;
• to support on-device conversion measurement where implemented and permitted;
• to detect, investigate, and resolve bugs, crashes, and technical issues;
• to manage subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywalls, and access to premium features;
• to respond to user inquiries and support requests;
• to protect our rights, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Third-party SDKs and service providers used in the App

The App includes the following third-party SDKs and service providers. The list below is based on the integrations identified for this app version.

Firebase (v11.15.0)

Purpose: Analytics and crash reporting.
Categories of data that may be processed: May process diagnostics, crash reports, automatically collected analytics events, device and technical data, and related app telemetry.

Amplitude (v1.17.3)

Purpose: Product analytics and event tracking.
Categories of data that may be processed: May process identifiers, session data, event names and properties, device information, and other usage analytics data.

AppsFlyer (v6.17.8)

Purpose: Mobile attribution, campaign measurement, and deep linking.
Categories of data that may be processed: May process attribution data, install source, campaign data, ad set data, conversion events, deep-link data, IP-based or similar attribution signals, and identifiers where permitted.

Adapty (v3.15.4)

Purpose: Subscription management, paywalls, and in-app purchases.
Categories of data that may be processed: May process purchase history, subscription status, access levels, product identifiers, trial status, billing issues, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

Google Ads (v2.3.0)

Purpose: On-device conversion measurement and related advertising analytics.
Categories of data that may be processed: May process ad conversion signals, attribution-related information, device information, and limited identifiers where applicable and permitted.

The App may also include transitive dependencies automatically pulled in by package managers or SDK integration tooling, including dependencies associated with Google and Amplitude components. As configured for this app version, those transitive dependencies do not change the overall categories of data disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

The App may rely on Apple system frameworks and operating-system services to support camera access, file import, photo access, sharing, document rendering, and in-app purchases. These system frameworks are not separately listed here.

7. Tracking and attribution

Where tracking is used, the App will request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or engaging in tracking-related processing that requires such permission. If permission is not granted, tracking-related processing that depends on that permission will not be performed.

You can change your tracking choice at any time in your device settings, subject to the controls made available by Apple.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase infrastructure and may be managed in the App through Adapty. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive subscription-related metadata necessary to validate purchases, determine access rights, and manage premium features.

9. How we may share information

• with analytics, attribution, diagnostics, conversion-measurement, and subscription infrastructure providers that support the operation of the App;
• with Apple and other technical infrastructure providers where necessary to enable in-app purchases, system-level features, or device-level integrations;
• with competent authorities, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement bodies where required by law or legal process;
• with professional advisors where reasonably necessary to protect our rights or comply with legal obligations.

We do not share personal data beyond what is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

10. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the App, manage subscriptions, maintain security, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the relevant legal or operational requirements.

11. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries in which our service providers or infrastructure providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we will apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.

12. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and data portability where applicable.

14. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children and is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

15. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App or by other lawful means.
