How are we doing?
Evergreen Public Schools Feedback Survey
We're partnering with YouthTruth to gather your feedback on our performance and areas for improvement. On February 3rd, 2025, we'll email the Family Survey link via ParentSquare and post it here on our website. The following languages are available for the family survey: English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, and French.
Students will also take the survey at school in February. Each building will schedule survey times, so watch for details from your student’s school.
About the Survey: Participation and Opt-Out Information
Dear Families,
The YouthTruth Student Survey is a nationally recognized survey utilized by hundreds of schools and districts across the country, engaging hundreds of thousands of students. This anonymous survey is designed to gather students’ perspectives on their school experiences, including their engagement, the rigor of their coursework, and their preparedness for the future.
Our district and schools use the valuable insights from this survey to create actionable plans aimed at enhancing the student experience in Evergreen. You may review a copy of the survey questions here.
For more information about the survey, please visit http://youthtruthsurvey.org or speak with your school administrator.
Because the survey is anonymous, individual responses, including your student(s), cannot be identified and will only be reported in aggregate. We want to hear from all students! However, participation in this survey is entirely voluntary.
If you prefer to opt your student out of the survey, please click this link to complete the opt-out form by January 31st. To ensure staff are notified prior to classes taking the survey, contact your student’s school office when completing the opt-out form after February 3rd.
Thank you for supporting this opportunity to hear your student’s voice and better understand the experiences that shape their education. We look forward to learning from our students’ valuable feedback!
Sincerely,
Dr. Heather A. Fowler
