The reading team would like to encourage the students we work with to do the following:

1. LEXIA- Spend 20 minutes a day on Lexia Core5 Reading.

• To access Lexia, you can go through Classlink, download the free app on an iPad or access it online on your home computer or laptop at www.lexiacore5.com

2. SEESAW- Complete activities posted in your Reading class in Seesaw.

• • 3 lessons/activities will be posted on Monday and can be completed at your family's convenience throughout the week.

  • Seesaw can be accessed though Classlink. Click on the Seesaw icon. In the top left corner of Seesaw you will see a menu of classes. You can access our class by clicking on the classroom titled , “(Reading Teacher's Name)- Reading.” Assignments will be posted in the “activities” tab. Please make sure to check the “Announcements” tab as well.

3. READ- try to spend time each day reading a book of your choice.

• We are sending books to students who work in our groups with packets of work. These books do NOT need to be returned and can be kept by the students. We will be sending home learning activities and books at our students' levels every other week.
