Our Mustang Spirit Team does an amazing job leading our school assemblies and creating JOY at Marrion every day! Here two members of our Spirit TEam introduced the Vancouver Pops Orchestra at a recent assembly.
We love our Buddy Classrooms! Members of Mrs. Oathout's 3rd grade class visited Ms. Kat's kinder class to share their recent writing with the kindergarteners. So fun!
5th graders love being able to choose to participate in Band or Orchestra each year. Here students from orchestra are seen preparing for their December concert.
2025 Art Club (with nearly 200 participants) was a huge success and Mustangs loved sharing their art with family and friends at the Gallery Walk in December.
Thank you PTA for a fun-filled Bingo Night where LOTS of books were given away to Bingo winners.
Congratulations to our Science Olympiad team! A group of 3rd-5th graders competed against other schools from the county at Clark College and took 1st place in all four events. Way to go Mustangs!

Evergreen Public Schools is now using ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified. If you want to update contact information, you will need to reach out to your student's building secretaries.
Treats from Home
Birthdays/Celebrations at Marrion
Please - no sugary treats for classroom birthday celebrations. This includes cupcakes, cookies, donuts, etc. We love celebrating your child’s birthday with them, but ask that any treats that are brought in are low in processed sugar. We strongly encourage healthy treats or fun "treats" like pencils or stickers. You can always check in with your child's teacher too since all teachers celebrate birthdays a little bit differently. Thank you!
